Most people do not notice this but once our clients experience Mexico, they realize the many similarities but also, the major differences which exist today and will in the future. This includes the restaurants, eateries, food trucks, wineries breweries, and of course, the Margaritas on both sides of the border.
Our trips throughout our region include many interesting, eclectic, and awe-inspiring locations which you will not receive from the other tour companies. We are not just a drive and drop off Tour Company, we are in constant interaction whether it is on the bus or on the ground.

8:00am-8:40am: We pick you up at your residence, hotel, or at the designated meeting spot. Or you can meet us at The Jack in the Box on the US side of the US-Mexico border in San Ysidro, California (the San Diego to Tijuana border crossing).
Please have your Passport and required documents for each guest.
8:40am-9:00am: Cross the border on foot with your guide through Mexican Immigration and Customs to our safe and insured tour vehicle waiting on the Mexican side of the border.
9:00am-11:30am: Drive to Rosarito, first to our Hidey Hole breakfast stop and then to El Mirador. Kick back and enjoy the drive to one of Baja’s Primer Wine Valleys.
11:30am-1:00pm: Winery Stop #1 We will take a tour and then be taken to our exclusive and amazing private tasting spot! Snack on our wonderful Charcuterie boxes while taking in the spectacular sights and savoring the incredible wine from one of Guadalupe’s best wineries.
1:00pm-1:30pm: Drive to boutique Winery location #2.
1:30pm-3:30pm: Relax at one of our favorite Boutique Wineries, it is wonderful! Enjoy an exquisite family style meal prepared by local chefs using local and fresh farm, ranch, ocean to table ingredients. You will be able to explore their spectacular property which includes a Tasting Room with gold medal wines and beautiful Vineyards!
3:30pm-3:45pm: Make our way to Winery #3 (This is optional because we may be having a great time at the first 2 wineries and stay longer.)
3:45pm-5:00pm: Browse a lengthy list of artisan wines, and enjoy a sampling from one of the top winemakers in this region. This is one of the very first boutique wineries that specializes in bold handmade award-winning wines and is one of the top wineries in Mexico. And the View, it is amazing!
5:00pm: Bummer, it is time to go back to the border.
6:00pm: Stop for drinks, snacks, and restrooms if needed, and take a drive through unforgettable scenery.
6:30pm-7:00pm: After clearing U.S. Immigration and Customs, we will walk back to your transportation parked in San Ysidro, California and take you back to your pickup spot, or catch the San Diego Trolley, a taxi, or Uber (while most of our groups usually experience just 10-20 minute crossing times, your arrival time in San Ysidro is highly dependent on the actual border wait time on the day of your tour, which may vary – SDBT has no ability to affect actual border wait times).
